CrossFit, turning your world upside down (figuratively and literally). The handstand in an invaluable tool in developing overall athleticism and shoulder stability.  We’ll use this basic gymnastic movement and hopefully carry the skill involved over to the WOD. Namely, into overhead loaded core control via hollow-body bracing. Ideally we will get to the point where we can maintain calm controlled breathing in the hollow, locked-out position inverted or standing.
