Shake out those legs, it's a squat day.! Great test of strength here, and it's body relative to each and every one of you. Now realize the next time you are to do this, perhaps your body weight has changed and that'll skew the numbers, but the workload can be measured in reps x weight. Max out your anterior core endurance before you load up your posterior!
