With the end of the Open, we will be turn our attention back to improving our skills and further developing our fitness.  We've seen some new skills pop up in the last few weeks, expect to see a few more.  Where are you at versus a few months ago?  Well, let's run a few benchmarks and find out, be on the lookout for those as well.

If this was your first Open, in any category, thank you for participating.  Without delusions of grandeur, the Open is a chance to be a part of a world wide fitness celebration.  The goal is to find the fittest on earth, so the tasks are large and generally beyond most of our comfort zones or abilities.  So, if you turned in just one rep or one score, you hung in there and should be proud.  These workouts tend to pop up from time to time, so keep track and you'll have some good objective data to compare later.  Until next year......
