We at CF UP have the same belief in fitness. That any weakness or hole in your fitness needs to be addressed or you're just one step closer to specialization. We get better at running by running, and running even when I don't want to (thanks J-Lau!). Improve across broad time and modal domains. Get better at everything by training directly AND indirectly. Get in, go hard, get better.
