15 OH Squats (95/65#)

Benchmarks are a true test of CrossFit's "Objective, Measurable and Repeatable" mantra, as it gives us a chance to better our last run in with one of the "girls."  In preparation for the Open we'll be sampling a few of these over the next few weeks as some variation tends to have a common place in Open programming.  We've been spending more time overhead, be it in a squat, press or Oly lift, and tomorrow we put it to use in this couplet.  No lifters for this one, so if you got some new tricks by coming to our Squat Clinic over the weekend, now is the time to show up early, hit your hip and/or ankle and get ready to get low.
