Workout of the Day: Slippy...... Slappy......... SNATCH!  I was way off.

A.  Take 20 min to work up to heavy Single


B: 1 Power Snatch at 60% of heavy single every 45 sec for 10 rounds.

Monday is all about technique and opening and closing the hips quickly.   Take the 20 minutes and work through your mechanics, timing and balance point, and work into a full snatch if your coach gives you the green light.  We've been practicing OH squats lately, let's put them to use.   Once you have reached your heavy single, strip it down to 60% for speed work into the power snatch.   Skill work is something you can always improve on, let's finish the day better than we started.
