I do it because I care. For the next week you will be in the very capable, talented and calloused hands of Emily and Jenny. We've had a tough and heavy 3 weeks. The coming week is a bit of a deload. Deload doesnt mean easy, we will just be lighter on the weightlifting components and focusing on a great deal on skill work during our WODs. Enjoy this time to learn some new skills and give your body a breather.
