If you've been watching lately, Ryan's been crushing it!  Consistency, dedication, working on his skills, setting his ego aside and letting his fitness develop.  In the past 2 weeks I've seen him with improved mechanics, new skills and linking movements together. It all clicked and is paying off.  Making movement, and fitness, fun.  Well done!

14 years ago today, we experienced a tragedy and attack greater than anything my (and most of our) generation could ever imagine.  We send our thoughts and efforts out to those who are still impacted daily by the events of 9/11/01 and our respect to those who stepped in to help those in need, and those who sacrificed all.  Our daily "suffering" in CF is nothing compared to what many encounter on a daily basis- it's important to reflect and appreciate this, and what better occasion than today.
