IMG_4614All hail the kettle bell!  Noon class getting after this spicy WOD. We had a lot of fun with our KBs today, from turkish get ups to overhead carries to swings.  One tool, many uses.  The weight, and the movement, will teach you.  Any exercise can be a learning experience, and it should be.
