Here it is, the long awaited first Open workout of 2015.  If you missed the announcement, it was pretty spectacular.  I won't give away how it ended, you'll have to watch to find out.  As we all now know how difficult these movements are, we should have a strong appreciation for their efforts.

It's all about the grip.  Holding onto a bar for all movements will tax your grip, so don't be afraid to switch it up on the T2B and DL.  Then, we've been working on our Oly lifting lately, so let's put it to use.

Our goal tomorrow is to get you prepped and ready to crush this WOD.  Come out, have some fun, let's do this together.
