16.3 brought out the intensity and internal competitiveness, with more than a handful of UP athletes giving it another go to best their first attempt and move up the leaderboard. 2 more weeks, what will it bring? Come in during Open gym and work on your skills (muscle ups, double unders, HSPUs, handstand walks, etc), this is typically the sticking point for most of us with these workouts (sneaky, sneaky Castro).
