OK everyone- here is the home of our New Blog! Eddie got our new website together and made it RAD, and we hope this is an interactive site that can keep us all connected and feel proud to share what we do and why we do it here at UP (you know, when you have to justify it to your friends and family, at least you can say, "well, OK, at least we have a RAD website).
Otherwise, not much has changed. We'll still wax poetic on CF and fitness and post the workouts, don't you worry.
